The difference you're seeing between the Minimum Order Value and Delivery Fee on Takealytics versus the aggregator's site is due to our specific methodology for capturing these values.

Takealytics captures the minimum delivery fee and minimum order value by setting the location to a nearby area of the venue, typically reflecting the closest delivery area to the restaurant. This ensures we provide a consistent and comparable metric across different platforms like Deliveroo and Just Eat.

However, the values you see on the aggregator's site might differ based on your specific location, the distance from the restaurant, or other dynamic factors that the aggregator considers, such as order value or current demand. Aggregators often adjust delivery fees and minimum order value based on these variables, so the values you see directly on their site may vary depending on where you're located and other conditions at the time of your search.

To ensure your data matches the Takealytics Methedology:

Please make sure you are viewing the delivery fee whilst not logged in and you have set your delivery location to the same location as the venue itself - this will represent the minimuim delivery fee.

We suggest copying and pasting the venue URL into an incognito window in your browser to see if you get the same values as detected by Takealytics - then set the post code to match the venue.
