We have setup a number of predefined reports on your account. This covers everything from Venues which are Unavailable, Promotions, Out of Stocks to Hero Images. This article provides more detail on the content of each of these reports.

Accessing Predefined Reports

To access the predefined reports click the "Load" button in the top right corner. This will show both the predefined reports and any reports you have created.

Click on any of the reports to access the latest data.

Below we have provided an explanation on each of the reports and what is shown.

Venues which Should Be Open

This report details any venue which should be open at the current time. The data is shown on the grid and plotted on the map. This can be helpful to identify where you currently have issues across your estate. Click through to the Venue Dashboard and Delivery Time Calendar for more detail on the historical performance of a given store.

Venues with >45 Min Delivery Time

This report details any venue which currently have a delivery time of more than 45 minutes. You can click Filter to adjust this to a different time. e.g. to see any venues which deliver in over 30mins. This report can be useful to identify any stores which have incorrect prep times set. For example the Costa below with 77.5min avg delivery has had a high prep time set for the last two days. Picking up with that store and adjusting the prep time will increase sales.

Promo Analysis

Promo Analysis shows the promotional activity which have taken place for your brand and your competitors. See over the last 2 weeks who has been promoting and where. Click for a more detailed run through of the Promo Analysis. You may see more than one Promo Analysis report saved on your account if you have estate and franchise restaurants. This enables you to check that promotions are as expected for all restaurants in your portfolio.

Missing Food Tags

This report will flag if your account is currently missing any food tags on any of the aggregators. These missing food tags could mean that if consumers go onto the aggregators app and filter by food tag e.g. Pizza your restaurant may not return. We would recommend reviewing this list and ensuring every venue has food tags set.

The below report is set to only venues which are missing the tag Pizza. We will pick one relevant food tag for your brand. Click the Filters option to choose a different food tag.

Where the cell shows "Excluded" that means the food tag is correctly shown. In this case where it shows "No Data" that means no Food Tag has been set on Deliveroo.

You may find we have set more than one food tag report on your account. For example if your restaurant opens for Breakfast we will have setup a report to look for the Breakfast food tag for restaurants that are specially open at Breakfast.

Hero Images

This report shows the Hero Image across every location in your estate. If you have further definitions on your account e.g. breaking our franchises we will have included this as a column in your report to highlight which Franchise is using the wrong images.

"Deliveroo Choice" Venues

If you have venues which have the "Deliveroo Choice" tag we will have created a report showing which venues are associated with "Deliveroo Choice". The report details which venues are currently tagged with "Deliveroo Choice" as well as their Reviews and Hygiene Rating. If you are not on "Deliveroo Choice" this report may not show.

Listings Opportunities

This report details where there are potential listings opportunities on each aggregator. You will see one report saved per aggregator. The report details any venue which are listed on one of the two aggregators (e.g. Deliveroo and Uber Eats) and then any which are specially not listed on the other aggregator (e.g Just Eat). You may see instances where there are listing opportunities on more than one aggregator as the venue is only listed on one platform. Note this report is only available on clients listed on more than one aggregator.

Opening Hours

The Opening Hours report details the opening hours shown on each aggregator for that given day. Where its part of your subscription we have included Google Places data to see when the restaurant is open vs the communicated delivery hours. This can be helpful to ensure hours are aligned as expected.

Peak Time Open Check

This report is similar to the Opening Hours report detailed above but checking that the venues have opening hours set to be open at defined peak times. e.g. that all restaurants are open at 1pm or 7pm as expected. If this report is blank it means opening hours are set correctly. Any venues that return in this report are not open at peak times. Look through the opening hours to identify where the hours maybe set incorrectly.

Venue with Poor Reviews

This report details any venues where the review score is 3 stars or below. Some of these poor rated locations face being delisted from the aggregators.

Missing or Poor Hygiene

This report details those locations with a Hygiene Rating which is either missing or is 3 or less. Some of these poor hygiene locations face being delisted from the aggregators. This report can also be helpful in flagging any locations where the hygiene ratings are incorrectly synced e.g. the third example in the screenshot below.

Out of Stocks

This report will highlight the percentage of menu items which are out of stock at any given time. This stock data is normally checked twice a day - at lunch time and in the early evening. This can help address any stores which have an ongoing stock issue.

Speak with the Takealytics team if you would like a menu report showing the specific menu items which are out of stock.

Missing Imagery

This report shows which locations are missing imagery or descriptions off their menu. The percentage of missing imagery is shown for each location. Click through to review the menu for that store.

Google Data

If you subscribe to Google Data within your Takealytics account you can see the Google Places content for each restaurant. this includes the reviews and ratings, socials and also if they work with any third party platforms. This will be shown for each of your locations. This can be helpful in identifying poor performing locations and locations missing social links on Google Places.

The above details our default predefined reports. If there are any other reports you would like to see on your account please get in touch via the Takealytics Chat shown in the bottom right of the Takealytics website.
