You can now schedule a Grid Builder report. This means at a defined time the report will be updated and either emailed to you or updated in Google Sheets. This tutorial details how to receive the report as an Excel sheet delivered to your email.

Please follow all of the steps below to successfully setup a scheduled Grid Builder report.

1) Setting Up a Grid Builder report.

Click on Grid Builder and select the restaurants you would like to see in your report either by typing in the name of restaurant chain, a post code or selecting a venue group.

You can change the fields shown in your report by clicking Grid Builder in the Filters page.

2) Scheduling Your Report

Once you have defined your report you can then schedule when and who this is sent to.

Click Filters and choose Schedule.

From this page you can choose up to 4 specific times in the day, weekly or monthly.

Weekly or Monthly are more useful for competitor reports.

You can add other users onto the same report either by choosing users within your company or by adding in an email address.

3) Save your Report

Finally once you have built you report you must then save it for the report to be delivered. To do this give the report a name and click Save.

You will then receive your saved report to your email at your defined time.
