Creating a single restaurant Alert

These alerts can be setup to go to Restaurant General Managers to inform them of issues in their restaurant.

Below we detail how to create an alert on a single restaurant:

1) To create an Alert on a single restaurant first choose the restaurant you want to create an alert on. We would recommend doing this by going to the Overview page typing in the name of your restaurant and then clicking the button next to the post code. This copies the ID of that restaurant.

2) Go to Email Alerts and paste the ID into the search box at the top.

3) This will generate an alert showing any availability and high delivery time issues at that location.

4) We would recommend adding the other metrics to this alert so you get informed if there are any other issues e.g. declining reviews, missing food tags, inconsistent opening hours etc.

5) Next schedule the alert. We would recommend you run this daily, however this can be run multiple times a day if needed. Don't forget to add the restaurant General Managers email address into the address box.

6) Finally save your alert and its good to go!
