How do I access the Delivery Time Calendar?

Details where to find and the features of the Delivery Time Calendar

The Delivery Time Calendar details the delivery times over the last 30 days for any venue. Clients use this to identify if there are venues which frequently open later than scheduled or have peaks in delivery time at the same time each week, implying a regular kitchen capacity issue. We recommend using this data in conjunction with staff plans to ensure you have kitchen capacity when needed.

To access the Delivery Time Calendar open the Venue Dashboard:

Select the Delivery Time tab at the top of the Venue Dashboard:

This will detail delivery time across all venues.

Use the Venues drop down to switch between all venues and a single venue.

Delivery Time Options

The delivery time shown is the average of the times detected during that hour.

We typically scrape at ten past and twenty to the hour.

You can toggle the time shown between:

  • Max: The maximum value within the hour of the max communicated time on the platform.

  • Min: The minimum value within the hour of the minimum communicated time on the platform.

  • Average: Average delivery time communicated on each platform.

Hover Over

Hover the mouse over the icon next to each platform to see the opening hours at the venue on that day.

Hover over the icons on the grid to see points when the venue is unexpectedly shut. This is useful to identify when a venue opens or if there were interruptions in the delivery service during the day.
