If you have a large estate and you operate across multiple platforms it is important to ensure every one of those locations are available when they should be.
We have covered how to review this in real time or at a specific point in time in this article, however you can also look back over the last two weeks to find any venue which has consistently been unavailable - this is a useful check to flag any wider issues across your estate.
How to Run the Report
1) Select the Grid Builder analysis and type in the name of your estate. e.g. Frankie & Benny.
2) Click on Filters, choose Grid Builder and Select the fields Last Seen Delivery/Collection and Last Updated.
Last Updated | This is the date and time the venue was last seen on the platform. Whilst that was the time the venue was scraped it doesn't mean the venue was open for delivery or collection at that time. This is an indicator that the venue is still available when you search on the platform. |
Last Seen Delivery/Collection | This is the date and time that the venue was last open for Delivery or Collection. The date will change depending on whether your filter is set to Delivery or Collection. |
The report shows each of your venues and when this was last seen. Sort the grid by Last Seen on each platform to identify if any venues haven't been seen at the right time.
In the below example these venues have been seen on the platform today but they have not been open today (before their opening time). There is however one location on Uber Eats which hasn't been open for Delivery since the 22nd (on Uber Eats), whilst available on other platforms.
Note: venues which show Excluded are venues which haven't been open for delivery in the last two weeks and therefore assumed to be delisted on the platform.
Clicking onto the Venue Dashboard for this location we can see other venues nearby are open on the platform implying the platform has been operational in that area and there is a potential venue or tablet issue in the restaurant.
In this instance we would recommend contacting the venue to see if there is an issue at their location.
