Ensure that your operating hours are kept up to date on each platform to reflect the hours that your restaurant is open and that this matches across platforms. This is especially important around bank holidays.

How to Run the Report

1) Select the Grid Builder analysis and type in the name of your estate. e.g. KFC.

The default report shows the current delivery time/restaurant status if not open and the Opening Hours across all platforms.

You can click on the Opening Hours header to sort based on opening time. We suggest sorting from high to low across each platform to see the outliers.

e.g. in the example below it can be seen Deliveroo opens at 5pm whilst Just Eat and Uber Eats at 10:30am for the same location.

In this example KFC may well be missing out on sales on Deliveroo as they are not open on this platform whilst the restaurant itself is open during broader hours.

You can also export the data in Excel and use the filters to review opening hours across platforms, to do this click Export at the top of the page.

The next step in this case would be to identify if that platform does operate in that area earlier in the day and could support wider operating hours for your restaurant.

Reviewing Opening Hours for Different Days

The opening hours are showing for the current day, however operating hours can change by day of the week and over bank holidays. To review opening hours by day click on Filters, select the Date tab and choose a different recent day of the week e.g. Sunday. We would again recommend sorting by the headers or exporting the data to identify any outliers.
