Venue Issue Status

Based on Takealytics algorithms this flags where we believe there is a venue or platform issue at the time of the anlaysis.

When viewing the Venue Dashboard you will see a field called Issue Status.

If the venue has a high delivery time or is not open when it should be we will flag if we believe this a platform or a venue issue.

Delivery Time Issues

If for example a venue has a high delivery time but nearby restaurants have a low delivery time we believe this is a venue or kitchen capacity issue and you will see a Venue Issue flag shown in the dashboard.

If the venue has a high delivery time and nearby restaurants also have a high delivery time this implies there is limited riders or high traffic in the area resulting in a Platform issue.

These flags are useful for identifying where you may need to review kitchen staffing or if you need to address with the platform/aggregator.

'Should be Open' Issues

Similar platform or venue flags are shown when a restaurant is not open when it should be. If the majority of nearby restaurants also 'should be open' at this time it implies a platform capacity/rider issue. If its just this restaurant it implies the platform has not been set to available on the platform tablet.

Listing Opportunity

You may also see flags such as Listing Opportunity - this is where a venue is not available on a platform but that platform operates in the nearby area.

If you know that restaurant chain operates on the platform this will highlight potential locations where you can increase coverage.
