Takealytics flags if a venue "Should be Open". This is a venue which, according to its opening hours should be open at this time but is not currently accepting orders.

In the Delivery Time or Status fields you will see "Should be Open" if a venue is in this state.

Click to open the Venue Dashboard. Next to the Should be Open text you will see a telephone icon.

Click on the telephone icon and the proposed voice message is shown. The phone number of the venue is automatically populated and the text details which platform is unavailable. You may change the text if you wish e.g. flag this message is sent from Head Office staff.

Click "OK" and we will automatically call the venue to notify them that the platform is not currently set to available.

This reminder call often triggers the restaurant to set their tablet to available and when Takealytics next captures data you will see this restaurant shows as available.
