When using the Venue Dashboard, Takealytics calculates the "Nearby Delivery Time".

This details the number of venues open at the time of your analysis and their delivery time within a 1.5km radius of the selected venue.

This data can be useful to establish if there is a restaurant/kitchen capacity issue or a platform/rider capacity issue.

The Nearby Delivery Time shows Min/Avg/Max

Of the nearby venues Min is the shortest delivery time, Max is the highest delivery time, Avg - average's the delivery time of all nearby venues to give the average delivery time vs the selected venue and we would advise using this AVG time.
