When you filter a report in Takealytics cells in the Grid Builder grid maybe excluded. The cell will show the text "Excluded" this is to show there is a matching venue for this location but the data is hidden as it doesn't match the criteria of your search.

Click on the information tag for a more detailed explanation as to why the data is excluded.

A common exclusion is where a venue is still shown on the platform but hasn't been open for Delivery or Collection in the last two weeks.

Exclusions may also apply if the data is outside of your filter selection for example you have filtered to venues which have a delivery time of greater than 45 minutes and the venue has a shorter delivery time.
