Takealytics collects data daily between 7am and 11pm.

Data is scraped every 30 minutes typically at ten-past and twenty-to each hour.

This is to give a ten minute grace before capturing if restaurants or supermarkets are open, should a restaurant be a minute or two late setting the platform to be available.

Data is only collected from a restaurant during its defined opening hours.
